A podcast review of Sailor Moon Crystal
Hi there. It’s been a while. Rather nice to have a few weeks’ break, especially when I spent it in Tokyo.
It was an especially good trip, despite having sunk several thousand yen on crane games. I came away with a giant plushie Moogle at least, which I couldn’t fit into my luggage, so I resentfully gave it to a friend instead. Woe is me.
Anyway, as a special treat for having waited so patiently for the next Sailor Moon SuperS review, here’s part one of a two-part review of Sailor Moon Crystal. This is the weekly anime podcast I host and produce, Transformation Sequence, which I obviously recommend for all my visitors. You can subscribe via iTunes, Stitcher and, you know, whatever aggregate you might have. Alternatively, you can listen right here on SoundCloud.
I also thoroughly recommend visiting special guest Anne Lee’s blog Shojo Power!, which is much more thoughtful, articulate and funny than Pretty Soldier Project.
Part 1 covers the Dark Kingdom arc, the Black Moon arc will be covered in Part 2 next week. Enjoy.
